What is the minimum order?
QAR 50 minimum order value.

How are delivery fees calculated?
Base fee QAR 50 + QAR 4/kg, capped at QAR 350. Fixed prices available for farm complexes.

Can I get a refund?
Contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed to your in-app wallet.

How do I become a driver?
Register as a driver in the app, upload your QID and car photo, and wait for admin approval. Monthly subscription is QAR 150.
