Al Karama Trading ("we", "us") operates the الكرامه (Al Karama Trading) mobile application on Google Play (package com.alkarama.trading). This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• Phone number (for authentication via OTP)
• Name and email (optional, for profile)
• Delivery addresses and GPS coordinates
• Order history and payment information
• Push notification tokens
• Driver location data (drivers only, during active deliveries)

How We Use Your Information

• Process and deliver your orders
• Send order status updates and notifications
• Calculate delivery fees based on location
• Process payments via MyFatoorah payment gateway
• Improve our services

Payment Security

All card payments are processed through MyFatoorah, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store card numbers on our servers.

Data Sharing

We share your delivery address and phone number with assigned drivers for delivery purposes only. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can delete your account from the app settings, which permanently removes all your data.

Account Suspension and Blocking

To protect our customers, our drivers and our stock, we may suspend an account for a set period or block it permanently. This can follow repeated fake or refused orders, abuse of a delivery driver, or a fraudulent payment. Enforcement applies to the account and to the phone number registered to it, and it stays in force if the account is deleted and created again. We do not identify or block your handset. If an account is suspended or blocked the app says so, shows the reason where one was recorded, and shows the date a suspension lifts.
